Our aim is to offer our customers attractive specials from which everybody profits to the same extent. That is why we are introducing a new system with regard to our giveaways*. Here’s an overview of the new features as of 1 September 2020:
1) More exclusive samples with orders worth € 100 or more
In the coming months, you can look forward to higher-value samples or even samples of exciting new products when you spend at least € 100. This little gift will be given exclusively with each first order placed during a new giveaway promotional period. On your invoice and during the order process, this sample will be shown as “EXCLUSIVE surprise for you”.
2) RINGANA surprise for you with orders worth € 0
In future, the RINGANA surprise for you – taken from our familiar pool of samples (FRESH hand balm sample, FRESH foot balm sample, FRESH tooth oil sample, etc.) will also be sent free with every first order placed during a new giveaway promotional period.
3) In any promotional period, each customer can secure one each of the two giveaways
Here are two explanatory examples:
At the beginning of September, Ms Smith places an order worth € 79 and receives the RINGANA surprise for you with this order. A few days later, she places another order, this time worth € 145: now she gets the EXCLUSIVE surprise for you as this order has a value in excess of € 100. The RINGANA surprise for you will NOT be re-sent. Also, until the start of a new giveaway promotion, Ms Smith will not receive any further giveaways if she places more orders.
At the beginning of September, Mr. Brown places an order worth € 129 and as a result, he receives both the RINGANA surprise for you and the EXCLUSIVE surprise for you. He will not receive any further free samples if he places more orders during the same giveaway promotion period. As soon as a new promotion is launched, he will once again have the chance to get both giveaways.

If we were always to announce the exact dates, it wouldn’t be so exciting, would it! ?
Nor do our giveaway promotions have any connection with our 10%-off weekly special offers. However, we can tell you this much: we usually switch samples around the beginning of a month.
Is there ALWAYS a giveaway?
Essentially, we always want to give you a treat with our giveaways. However, when other promotions (e.g. the Summer Sale) are underway, there may be no giveaways for a certain period. It may also be the case that only one of the two possible samples will be sent as a giveaway.
*Promotions are only valid while stocks last. There is no entitlement to a giveaway. RINGANA may discontinue this promotion at any time without specifying any reasons.
